You determine the design of your labels

Front and back labels alternating? Eye-catching finished labels for your premium product? Or just barcode stickers? We print your individual design in your desired size. You provide the design and print file, and we print the label as you wish.

In addition, you are also free to choose the material, shape and size of your labels. From classic paper and foil labels to special materials such as our grass paper: no matter what your product is and which industry you supply to, we have the right materials for your application.

Additional finishes are also no problem at unieketiket.nl. On the one hand, special finishes such as hot foil stamping with gold foil embellish the appearance of your label; on the other hand, protective varnish or film lamination provide additional protection against moisture and dirt.

Digitally printed labels

Our HP Indigo digital printing machines are used to print your labels. Digital printing makes it possible to print small runs inexpensively. However, combining different variations of your labels in one order is also possible. Even slightly more complex functions, where each label has a slightly different printing, such as sequential numbering or personalization, can easily be achieved with digital printing. As a result, digital printing machines are more efficient and produce less waste. Printed labels on rolls or sheets

At unieketiket.nl we produce your labels as labels on rolls and as labels on sheets. Production on sheets can be especially practical if you apply the labels to the product by hand. If you process the labels mechanically, production on rolls is a good option. Of course, both production variants have their advantages and disadvantages, including design and materials. We have summarized and compared both production variants for you below. So you can find out which solution is ideal for your application and requirements.

Roll labels vs. sheet labels

The first major difference is the further processing of your labels: production on rolls is ideally suited for machine processing. With labels on rolls, the winding direction, roll core diameter and the number of labels per roll can also be determined individually and as desired. Labels on sheets, on the other hand, are not suitable for machine processing but are ideal if you apply the labels to your product by hand.

The second difference is the print run. In general, it can be said that printing on rolls is more suitable for large runs, while sheets are ideal for smaller runs. However, the ideal solution must always be assessed on a per-order basis.

Both roll labels and labels on sheets can be freely customized in terms of shape, size and design. However, there are limitations in terms of material selection: while for roll labels you can freely choose from more than 15 standard materials, material selection for labels on sheets is limited. Moreover, labels on sheets cannot be given additional finishing.
