Small labels for all industries & products

Whether it’s facial oil, cream, ginger shot or pesto – many products from all kinds of industries are packaged in small bottles, jars or tins. And these small packages also need a label that is not only visually appealing, but also reliably adheres and does not roll off. At the same time, of course, the sticker must be large enough so that all ingredient and manufacturer information can be printed legibly on the label. Small format labels – the materials

Especially important for small packages: The label must stay securely in place and not detach from the product. Therefore, we recommend that you do not choose heavyweight materials such as our cotton paper or uncoated textured paper. The best way to find out which material is suitable for your product and your individual application is to consult our free sample book. It contains pre-cut sample labels of our standard materials, with small samples of each material for testing. You can stick these on your product and test whether the material is suitable for your application. We will be happy to advise you on a suitable material in your desired format.

Free in form & design

You can design small labels individually and freely according to your own ideas. For example, choose a round, square or a custom shape. Stickers with different functions such as closing seals, neck labels and banderoles, are also no problem. From shape to printing to possible finishes – the choice is yours. Small labels can also be excellently personalized and individualized, such as with a unique QR code or different names on each label. Digital printing makes it possible! No special tools are needed anymore; the print file is sent directly to the printing machine and with special software this can be combined with a series of different names or numbers. Each label thus becomes unique!

Release varnish

For labels on cylindrical packaging, release varnish is an efficient and useful alternative to multilayer labels. This varnish gives you a much larger print area than your product’s packaging actually allows. Especially useful for small packages! The application with release varnish has the advantage that you can put a lot of information on your label without having to worry about the small space or size of the text.

• Release varnish is an invisible silicone-based varnish that is applied after printing. It allows the label to wrap around itself without permanently sticking. This means that overlapping elements can be glued together and peeled off multiple times.
• Films and other smooth materials are best suited for the use of release lacquer. By using a transparent material, you can combine the advantages of release varnish with those of sandwich printing. This creates even more printing area on your label.
