Permanent adhesive: strong adhesion of your labels

Permanent adhesive labels are essential for good and especially long-lasting product labeling. The labels must adhere reliably and strongly even on difficult surfaces and be permanently legible. The labels from unieketiket.nl come standard with a permanent, universal adhesive. This adhesive offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and surfaces, making it suitable for virtually any industry and product. Especially when products come into contact with oil or moisture, good adhesion must also be guaranteed.

At the same time, the permanent adhesive labels can of course be individually designed according to your wishes and specifications and, if desired, can also be provided with an additional finish. Would you like to give the labels additional protection against moisture and dirt? Then we recommend a protective varnish or a protective film lamination. Do you want colorful accents? How about a luxurious look with foil embossing in gold, silver or another color? Be inspired by our different finishes and give your label that little bit extra.

In addition to the standard adhesives, which are normally designed for a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, unieketiket.nl also offers a special frozen adhesive. This was developed for particularly low temperatures down to -40°C. For some sectors and industries, it is essential that products are labeled safely and permanently legible, even at temperatures below zero. Our freezer adhesive guarantees reliable adhesion and permanent legibility of your labels.

This is how you order your permanent self-adhesive labels:

• Under Total, enter the desired quantity. If you have several types, enter the quantities of all types added together here. By the way: thanks to digital printing, even small runs are efficient!
• Select how many types you want to print in your order. As long as the size and material of the labels are the same, you can order several types in one order. Further on in the ordering process you can specify the desired number of each type. You can then also enter your own name for each species. The total quantity of all types is entered in the Quantity field at the beginning of the order.
• Please enter the size of your labels. Please note our minimum size are 20 x 20 mm.
• Select the desired material from the list.
• You now have the option of choosing a finish for your roll labels. An overview of the individual options and their meaning can be found on our page about finishes.
• As for the shape of your labels, you can choose from square, round or your own custom shape. A custom shape usually doesn’t cost much more, so feel free to let your creativity run wild!
• Choose hot foil in gold or silver to give your labels a professional look. Foil embossing gives your label a special exclusivity and makes your label and product stand out!
• To proceed with the order; now press the orange Continue button. You can now enter the name of the order, and specify options and preferences.
• Under Processing, you can specify the winding direction, the size of the roll core, the desired number per roll and the maximum outer diameter of the roll.
• After successfully uploading print files and completing the order, your labels are usually delivered within 7-9 business days. On the day of the order, you can find the expected delivery date to the right of the calculator. After ordering, in your unieketiket.nl account, you can follow the status of your order live under ‘My orders’.

Easily removable labels

At unieketiket.nl you can also order “easy-to-remove” labels that can be repositioned after removal. For this we have materials with a special water-based adhesive. We also have materials with soluble glue, called WLA labels. These can be removed from the product by placing the product in a lye bath, which dissolves the glue and releases the labels from the bottle or jar.
