Who are you and what makes you so special?

My name is Magnus, I am 25 years old and enjoy working at unieketiket.nl. Working together in a team gives me energy and I find it important to share ideas with colleagues. I am open and helpful and am known for my sense of humor. What motivates me most is improving processes and making our work ever more sustainable and efficient.

What has your professional career looked like so far?

My professional journey began in 2018 at LinusWittich, where I underwent vocational training in printing. After successfully completing this practical and theoretical training, I obtained a recognized diploma in 2021. I then further developed my skills at Hauchler Studio, where I took an advanced full-time course in print production in the fall of 2023, which I completed in the summer of 2024. Looking forward to 2025, I decided to take on a new professional challenge, which led me to join uniqueetiket.com.

How did you end up at unieketiket.nl?

Already during my education, I followed the developments at uniqueetiket.nl, as I was particularly interested in the future potential of digital printing. At the end of 2024, a contact through colleagues offered me the opportunity to join the team.

What is your role at unieketiket.nl and what does your day look like?

At unieketiket.nl, I work with two colleagues in a three-shift operation on an HP Indigo 8000 digital press. My main tasks are setting up and operating the machine, as well as performing quality checks on the printing results. I also enjoy lending a hand in other departments and supporting the team whenever possible.

What is special to you about your work?

What makes my job special is that I gain a lot of experience working on the machine while being able to work independently. I can also lend a hand in other departments, become familiar with different processes and support the team. The variety of tasks and the opportunity to actively contribute make the job particularly exciting for me.

What distinguishes uniqueetiket.nl is the family atmosphere and the pleasant cooperation between colleagues. The company values its employees, for example through health programs, special initiatives or simply through daily appreciation. I also find the strong growth of the company particularly exciting, as is our new location: I am looking forward to being actively involved in the move and furnishing, and to witness the further development of the company up close.

What was or is your highlight so far at uniqueetiket.co.uk?

For me, one of the highlights at unieketiket.nl is definitely the company activities. Not many companies celebrate so extensively, and I am already looking forward to the upcoming meetings. There are also highlights in daily work, such as visits from HP technicians, where I can learn new things about the machine and our processes. Such moments not only increase my professional knowledge, but also make the work extra exciting.
